Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their uv777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Before closure is finalised, any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard AML verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closures

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uv777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance and risk;
• Loss arising from temporary or extended platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or third-party service disruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;

Platform Availability

Game Malfunction

Intellectual Property
